A columbarium is a structure, often a vault or wall, with niches for urns containing the cremated remains of the dead. Historically, Christians have laid the dead to rest in churches, where they are remembered and their remains safeguarded. Burial within the church itself, or in an adjacent churchyard, was once a common practice. The Columbaria and Memorial Garden at Saint John's Episcopal Church offer final resting places for anyone with 180 niches.

This beautiful space provides a tranquil setting for family and friends to reflect and honor the memory of the deceased. Our parish dedicates a number of niches for the indigent, homeless and people without family.

A niche to hold two urns is available for $1,200 and a family size which holds four urns is $2,000.

A form to register for a niche is available, for more information you may email our parish office here.
